friday's training can be said to be the best training session this year~
jane went training with me~
i was telling her that "i won't be surprised if only 2~3 people turned up"
but guess what~
many many people turned up~ especially the lower sec ~~~(me and jane was the only
2 from upper sec)
there were unexpected trackers too~! eg kendrick~~ this was the
second i saw him coming for training this year~
its great to be training with a team that looked more like a team
and of course J~
she did the same workout as me and didn't die~! cheers J~~
did hurdles at the beginning of training~ the jumping part was kinda strenuous~
i had thought that training would end with hurdles (=
But~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
we(J adam and i) still had 50 x 6 and 150 x 6 (technique)
i was stunned when i heard this OK
but of course we still did it ~
and we cant help feeling accomplished...

{so yesterday bolt clocked another World Record for his relay~
did his usual pose once again~ he practically dances everytime he wins and
always do the unexpected something out of the norm~ some call him weird some show off
but i think since he's become a legend~~~what's wrong with doing it~}

best friends are hard to find especially so as you gets older~
friends could backstab you because of personal gains ~
and they would always think of their own interest first~
thats human's nature~ everyone puts on a facade~

its abit unbelievable that people at such a tender age are behaving this way~
this must be the influence of adults and the result of the fast pace of society~
true friends~are hard to find~

but im glad that i've found mine~
she's quite different from me~
but somehow our characters seems to click~
although there are quarrels at times~

the 'anna' show just ended and im feeling bored~~~
i kinda forgot what happened in school today~nth interesting quite ordinary i guess~
i guess forgetting today's school is quite a good idea~ jus forget everything that upsets you yea~

training starts at 230 today~but i reached like at 1 >.<>
ran 60x5(technique) and 200x6(fart-leg-if that is how its spelled)
only 5 people came today for training~ so much worse than the poly peeps who are not supposed to be here~

speed dined at J8 and off to taking bus 88 ~ and this is where i saw my brother ~ so coincidental
he had also just finished bball training at ri... he's a mugger ok~~~fancy doing homework on the bus~~ thats a feat that i cant accomplish as i'll start having motion sickness and start vomitting all that i've ate~~~

Traumatising Day~

hellos long time no see~
this traumatising day had began from assembly when
chan complained that my hair was too long and need to be tied~like!@#$%$#@
number 1 my hair cant be tied and number 2 it isnt long~argh~

then PE ~
theres good news and theres the bad news
the bad news was that my feet bled while i was re running 2.4~
my socks was like soggy wif oxygenated blood(as it looks bright red)~eww~
the good news was that my 2.4 improved by 2 mins from yesterday when i had ran wif the failures and only i had managed to pass~zZz ty my fellow tracker yr for running with me~
and jane for agreeing to giv treat if i hit certain timing(=
shall treat u nex time~

RESULTS ~
after which was eng~ my results as usual~ language=not that fantastic~

chinese~~worse ever subject~argh~

maths~~was kindda ok?

physics~hehe this is the lesson that made me feel abit "an wei"~~~ for it is science that i love~
yay~ at least i ended my school feeling happy yea? maybe it isnt a traumatising day after all~~
( contradiction)

school's ended with us feeling hungry~ thus went to grab a bite at J8's Pizza Hut before training~
we then began spouting nonsense and the topsy turvy world where everything we say would be the opposite~~contusing(this isnt a typo err) isnt it?

yesterday they didnt go to Pizza tower and didnt eat any pizza~~~they were crying throughout the dinner and every thing went anti topsy turvy( if you get wad im saying) and everyone was catching alot of balls~ jane so didnt choked on her pepsi and cerlyn was so entertained by them~

its easy for a person to get addicted to something bad like
playing online games~gambling etc
but just why cant sum1 get addicted to mugging~
how great would it be....
it'll be mugging all day long without any real effort
just because u are ADDICTED~
maybe sometimes u do get addicted to doing maths but this
addiction would not last long~inlike mapling which could make u stay awake till
6am in the morning jus to lvl up~
the motivation to lvl up or achieve new skills in a game is great~so as the motivation to do well
and outshine other students in an examination~~ so juz why cant someone be addicted to mugging~~~~

Physics SPA today was >.< idk~~~~~ got my readings right but
the gradient of my graph was totally off~argh and worse the retort stand actually cut my leg~

im supposed to be very busy these few days as this is the exam period
however i still am able to find time to come online to do crappy stuffs~

Miss Ho didnt come for PE lesson today thus ended up slacking in class(= wadda waste of time LOL
nex was english . had a composition test and i wrote the one word essay on 'favouritism'.
crapped about how biased my track coach was~~and how i ended up getting hurt.
after which was some normal boring lessons~~ nothing unusual for the day~

The primary school and lower secondary science elementz was also held at our school.
Being a science specialist i had to bring those naughty kids around to Xplore the school.
hahas AND coincidently..... among the students that were under me....one of them was also called Jia Le....zzz LOL my TWIN(=
And them being the innocent Pri 4 kids~~~they asked me qns like
" y my pen no ink" , " can i go inside the incubator" and " can i go ur classroom" etcetc ~~~

Handling kids could realli be a chore but it was quite fun(=

and yea we got our specialist badge today! its dam COOL ok~~~ fellow juniors and friends ...be jealous(=...

Exam's starting ~~~ thus gotta mug~~ but ~~~not realli in the mood ~~~
my results in sec 3 are kindda "luan qu ba zao"
gotta realli JiaYou to get good results~~ especially on my languages and humanities~~ those
are the killers~~but luckily my sciences and maths are quite OK

I'm getting Hungry~~~so off to dinner!

Finally done my physics and PE E test~

The Science specialist Meeting jus now was well ~~crap~~.
We were brought around the school as guests by our extremely entertaining juniors~
A rehearsal turned out to be some kind of a Joke~
Den had a science trial designed by fellow sec threes
and YAY we won hahaha
most of them were stuck in the 'karuko' part (idk how to spell)
its sth like sudoku though~~~
Went running around the school and got sweaty all over...
Turned out to be good training since the end of the nationals Track meet...

Watched The Dark Knight after that~
and surprising quite a number of sec 3s were there adn i even saw my track junior
CK in the arcade.. had a game of daytona and off to the theatre with a packet of popcorns and
a tall 'paper' of Coca Cola~

It isnt jus batman wearing a mask~ all of us are in fact wearing one~
A facade that fools everyone around you and sometimes even yourself~
This is the world i guess~

Its now 7pm~
the sun's beginning to set
its time for me to stop using the com~(though i dun feel like)

Had physics test jus now~
the paper looks new and the questions seems to hav changed*
so school today was pretty normal except that most of us were in our ethnic costume~
thanks Erica for lending me her blue costume(=

Ate alone at junction 8's Pizza hut jus now. The ambience there was quite good~~
It is quite like a 'haven' plus the accompaniment of soothing music~
You could take your time to munch and taste the goodness of the pizza and let the sweetness of the pineapple spread through your mouth and the cheese to melt~~~
Being alone allows you to forget your troubles too...It was as if nothing matters anymore..
where the harsh realities of life are far away...

the creator of life? well who am i to question his existence~~
but im sure of one thing~ that is
" we live to eat and now we eat to live"
so im against being on a diet~~ its better to exercise doesnt it?
well its just my opinion~

tmrw would be E-learning day for our school~~ good for other ppl but not
for the poor science specialist like myself! we're still supposed to go back to school for some

i've finally created a blog LOLs
had chemistry test today... was kinda okayyyyy~~~~~~
gonna take my physics test on monday(= haahs

now im kindda~speechless~~
hms shall talk about track then~~~~~~ since tats e onli thing i could think of
well....nationals is jus over~~ and i didnt manage to get into any finals
10th for hurdles if onli i had gona for more than 15 training this entire year LOL
gonna at least get into e finals nex year and form a relay team.
Envious of the people who ran relays( sch nt enough peeps)
AS i watched them relaying i reminisced about being there last last year during sec one.

Had 2.4 napfa today as well~~ SCREWED it up.. ran like two rounds and stopped...
im so gonna get My A during the re -run hahas
